The hotel does offer a good location and some rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay.
Our overall experience was quite poor. The room we stayed in was not clean, and we were not provided with any room service throughout our entire visit.

My Xmas stay left mixed feelings at the hotel. The central location proved convenient as it allowed me to visit many shops and restaurants. , the hotel had a decent gym and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. the staff was attentive and helpful during my stay.
My stay was not entirely comfortable as the room was not cleaned during my time there, and the toiletries were not replaced. the quality of food and drinks served was not up to par, while the hotel lacked restaurant facilities.
